Solo Career
Hey! I’m Ella Bruch and I’m an acoustic musician from the Lehigh Valley, PA. Each set I play is a unique combination of original songs and a vast range of cover song material that consists of everything from Billy Strings to Skid Row. I strive to create an easygoing and lively experience for both the audience and collaborators I work with. In addition, I tailor every set I create to the atmosphere and ambience of the gig by selectively choosing songs that everyone will love, including myself.
Passion
I have always loved all genres of music, and folk and bluegrass have always held a special place in my heart from my childhood. I was raised listening to everything from Grateful Dead to Iron Maiden with a whole lot of punk thrown in there. I remember going to a bluegrass festival in Vermont when I was about 6 years old and I immediately fell in love with the community. I believe music unites people with peace and love, and that there is truly no better form of self expression. Every set I play, I aim to connect with everyone through the music to give a glimpse into the family-like community music can create!
Education
I have a vast education in music ranging from classical technique to full rock band experience. I have studied vocal technique, bass, and guitar since 2016 through lesson programs and self teaching. I am attending Berklee School of Music for Music Industry Leadership & Innovation starting Fall 2026. I was a vocal major at The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts from 2022-2026 and studied a wide variety of classical vocal technique and music theory while there.
